What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3 p.m. and check-out is at 10 a.m.
Is the campsite VACAF approved?
Yes. Please have your beneficiary number ready.
Is the campsite secure at night?
Yes. The gate is closed from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. There is a security guard on duty 24/7. There is also an emergency telephone.
Do we need to bring our own sheets?
Sheets are not provided, but we offer the option of renting them on site or reserving them in advance.

What are the refund conditions in case of cancellation?
Reservations without the cancellation option: If you cancel your stay (regardless of the date), no refund will be made.
Booking a stay with the cancellation option: If you cancel up to 7 days before your arrival (for any reason), your deposit will be refunded (excluding administrative fees). No refund will be made within 7 days of your arrival.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, by credit card.
Is there a TV in the chalets?
Yes, and it is included in the price.
Are barbecues allowed?
Only gas barbecues are allowed on the pitches. There is also a communal barbecue available for your use.
Do you offer Wi-Fi on the campsite?
Yes. We offer one free code per accommodation, which can be collected from reception. Connect to the “Sorul” network and follow the instructions or consult the rates: tarifs-wifi.pdf
What is the amperage of the bare pitches?
The electrical terminals are 6 or 10 A. You will need a European plug to connect (adapter).
Can I park my vehicle or camper van on a pitch?

What do I need to know about the municipal swimming pool?
It is located right next to the campsite, with direct pedestrian access (no roads to cross). It is open Monday to Saturday from 2pm to 7pm (open in July and August). It is supervised. Prices are displayed at reception or in the “Leisure” section of our website: Leisure
